My camera is still acting up, but I found this in a parcel of buffalos and V nickels, and was wondering if I perhaps had discovered something rare. This is likely PMD, BUT I just have to check, just in case! Also just saw aother on the othe side that looks familiar, but not likely Possible RPM Arrows.jpg Traced.jpg WIN_20200413_15_32_19_Pro.jpg

Yes I can see an S to the right of the D. No it's not a mint error. It's dirt, lighting and circulation on a 92 year old nickel.

Let me ask you this. Suppose that you fell into a puddle of mud, and when you looked into a mirror you noticed that you had just grown a nice goatee. Now, is it a goatee or is it mud? ~ Chris

No. Where do you see an S ?

I see. It was a combination of dirt, and that phenomena in which you see something in a similarly shaped area!

To the right of the D, you could see what I was seeing. The bottom of the S follows from the base of the D, curves out, the meet again at the top of the D, where it curves off. I will make a fast diagram.

Here you go! I also took it out of the flip, and washed it up with soap and water to test the theory (Just in case, y'know?). You guys are right, as per usual! Thats why I always return!
