Your Cent is a normal Copper plated zinc Cent. They tend to have all sorts of minor issues such as plating blisters, linear plating bubbles, zinc rot, die cracks and environmental toning. There is no reason for there to be marks from "another" coin unless it was done on purpose after it left the US mint. All I see on your Cent is circulation wear and environmental toning. Pareidolia is a type of apophenia, which is a more generalized term for seeing patterns in random data. Some common examples are seeing a likeness of Jesus in the clouds or an image of a man on the surface of the moon.
Welcome to CT @Samantha White. It is usually a good idea to post FULL IMAGE photos, clearly focused, of the entire obverse (front) and reverse (back) of a correctly orientated and cropped coin to get the best responses. And indicate your concerns and questions, not just a heading on your post. Good luck in the future.
