1982 quarter- mis-aligned die?

    On the reverse below the U of united and the last A of America is a raised area and some doubling in quarter dollar, 3 photos provided

    MAD yes slightly on the obverse.
    As for doubling (IDK) but, in 82 and 83 they overused the dies, so many
    of these coins have mushy details, they are VERY difficult to find in high
    grades in circulation, and that might be the reason for the doubling.

    Nice photos @expat. Yes, on the slight MAD (NAV), but everything else appears to be circulation wear IMO.
