Note: if we don’t know the status of a coin before the reveal and more people say green CAC for a gold CAC coin, then it will go in the area of “Gold CAC on coin but should only be Green” ....see round 3 as the example case

Rd. 10 was 4-4...I interpreted that CircCam would consider it a no (based on a similar example), which swayed the overall vote to a lean towards no.
Rd. 13 was tied between green and gold at 4-4...I interpreted that geekpryde would consider it a gold

Beauty. I say solid grade that earned a green CAC.

If the toning on the reverse is as bright as your photo makes it look, I'll say no bean.

I'll go with yes on the bean. I love the coin.

Is a true view. I can post another pic. I don’t have it in hand yet

It's hard to tell as I can't see why it's an MS62. Trueview's just don't cut it for me....they always seem to make the coin look "unreal".

Sooo...my best guess it's an easy GREEN and possible GOLD.

Are those gouges in the left obverse field? Overall this is a pretty coin; especially the sunset toning on the reverse. The reverse is very clean and void of marks. I would net grade this coin MS63 so I'd go gold bean.

I see enough small nicks and ticks on the figure of Liberty and some other obverse locations to give it a 63. The reverse looks gem to me. So, I think it's a green bean.

That looks nicer. I'd say give it a green bean.

The seller’s photos make it look like it’s AT. Sorry. I once owned an AT’d 1874 With Arrows half that looked like that. I might have photos. AT=Artificial Toning.

Given that you bought it, it probably isn’t.

This appears to be a dipped coin that “turned right” over the years. I have had a couple of these as a collector that I held for a long time.

I think there is a good chance that it will not bean. When JA was courting me for support, he had a discussion about dipped coins. If it was a modern coin, e.g. a Walker, and you couldn’t tell if it had been dipped or not, we agreed bean it. If it was obviously dipped, no bean.

I found it! Here is the 1873 With Arrows Half Dollar that I once owned that was AT. I hope I didn't break any rules here.

Neither of those sets of pics give me any indication of what this coin might grade. The sellers pics, as johnmilton mentioned, make it look AT (if you had only posted those, that would have been my guess). The PCGS pics make it look more like natural toning, but are absolutely impossible to grade from.

I'm not going to post an opinion on the Caciness of this one.
