The features left and right of the dome have features missing. The rectangles that would have X's in them are not there and it appears that the dies fields can be seen in the background.
Thanks Chris. I pretty much agree with that. However, I just thought it was strange the way portions of the recessed features are missing. So, I decided to let everyone look at it.
I'd like to resurrect this. The building seems to have horizontal die cracks and the missing features don't seem to be from wear or damage. I'm thinking an over polished die may be the cause. I have a photo of the subject coin with missing features and a photo of a coin with a more typical strike for reference.
