Dimes are so hard to tell, but it looks like maybe DDO on IGWT? This is from mint set I just cut open.
Looks like die deterioration doubling. Lots of racial flow lines indicate that die was used a lot. Check out www.doubleddie.com and click on the worthless doubling tab. (Also a great site to bookmark) BTW. Great pics
