Hard to say from those photos. Sometimes that green haze comes from bad lighting and poor (or no) white balance on the camera. It's possible it's legit.
It's artificial I believe. I have lots of green-toned coins and they don't look that way, or have toned-that way. The coin even looks like it has been "glazed" in the middle with a green paste or chemical of some sort. I'm not an expert though. Just an opinion. And the seller's feedback score is even 0.
Who gives a ship(sp?), if it looks good? I don't think the TPGs do, do they? I've never heard of a coin BB'ed for borderline artificial toning, have you? PS: I have a distinct feeling I'm about to learn something, here...
They have body-bagged plenty that had natural toning and slabbed plenty that had artificial toning. They make the call on whether or not they consider the coin to be market acceptable.
