I'll go gold. I think 63 is too low.

Note: if we don’t know the status of a coin before the reveal and more people say green CAC for a gold CAC coin, then it will go in the area of “Gold CAC on coin but should only be Green” ....see round 3 as the example case

Rd. 10 was 4-4...I interpreted that CircCam would consider it a no (based on a similar example), which swayed the overall vote to a lean towards no.
Rd. 13 was tied between green and gold at 4-4...I interpreted that geekpryde would consider it a gold

That’s pretty. I say green though it could go 50 any day but I think the discoloration on the cheek would keep it from gold

I will try to take a stab at this one since I don't have any experience with gold coins. It's seen it's share of wear and the next question for me is has it been cleaned? I don't think it has after looking at some details examples from other auctions. The wear looks consistent with other XF45 examples which don't have a bean (don't know if they were sent and rejected). So, I'll say no bean.

The discoloration on the cheek and forehead bother me enough to think it was a
    NO Sticker

The TPGs tend to be pretty generous on the early gold. Don't know how JA is about them, though. I think it's good enough for a 45 but doesn't merit a green bean.

From what I've heard, he is particularly hard on gold (and gold coins have some of the lowest rates of stickering).

I'll guess a green sticker. I think the detail is there for the grade.
