I started back today and was told that I am "essential". So starting tomorrow I will still be going in while all my colleagues are staying home. Not sure what is worse. Staying home or being at work basically alone lol.

If you're deemed essential, you're essential. Thank you for your essential service and do stay safe, my friend. :)

And you. Enjoy a drink for me and take some more "unextraordinary" pictures for me to peruse when I get home :)

@Randy Abercrombie I see your old Whitman's look just like mine with those paper shims. Used them a lot in the old days.

We got rid of cable and run all our TV's (7 or 8) off of the internet through HULU (about $60 a month). We have more than one land line phone in each room using Magic Jack at $45 a year. There are a lot of options out there if you tech savvy kids and grand kids.

I have a medal that would be perfect but alas it would be controversial so I will refrain. :troll:

You would think to help encourage folks to stay at home, cable companies might hook folks up for a fabulous rate with free premium channels.

Maybe when pigs fly........at least that's the way of my cable company.

These ride in my pocket everyday. The 93 proof was found about 2 years ago nearly uncirculated and I have worn it down pretty good over the years. The 1847 cent some people act like they just saw a $1000 bill.

    Some more unextraordinary stuff, :)

A 2005 Westward Journey Nickel Set with the likance of a Peace Medal that was handed out to local native American 'chiefs' by the Corps of Discovery. Silver plated junk.

As opposed to the current Silver Presidential medals which are currently available at the mint.
