And why not have some pictures of the ‘38, ‘39, and ‘40 proofs. The reverse of ‘38, of course, was a different style of steps, so they are not full steps as the later reverses would be graded. But that’s as it is, and that still doesn’t have any relevance to the Proof issues.

To say a full step proof would be redundant. More likely to say: 'non-full step'. But that would be unusual
Please correct me if I am wrong, but full steps also means all three sets of stairs are visible and are NOT broken. When I say broken, all steps are intact without any breaks or scratches!
