Looks like the D took a hit during circulation.. Mint Marks could be RPM's - Repunched Mint Marks Look at your other thread with some information I shared with you. Educate yourself well first before looking for RPM's
The mint mark took a hit while in circulation. You really need to educate yourself on how dies are made and the minting process before you start looking for errors. Otherwise, every little nick or ding is going to look like an error. ~ Chris
