Missing Dime in 1999 Mint Set Phillie

    Any one out there find a 1999 Mint Set missing the dime? The set is still sealed in the mint wrapper, just no dime...any thoughts?? :confused:

    It's not unheard of but far from being a common occurrence. It's just a mechanical packaging error. Makes the set a neat collectible though.

    I've heard that some people say that this causes the set to go up in value about $1!
    I don't see how since its missing one but I thought I'd pass that on
