Thanks Paddy. I like the new avatar but I hope it's only for Easter. The carved nativity scene is neat. If you have a strong light behind it you can see the light illuminates it.

You got some pretty neat stuff!!! That was favorite place to go when i Iived in VA. Was the natural bridge..

 

Yes Natural Bridge is a neat area. Once owned by Thomas Jefferson. I took my wife, her first visit, in November. We walked down the steps and she was messing with her cell phone. Not sure what she was expecting but I just stopped and stood still. She stopped and looked at me asking what's up.

All I said was, "Oh nothing, just waiting for you to put your phone away so you can see the bridge." That's when she looked up. Wish I had a photo of the look on her face but I'll never forget it. She put her phone away and I took all photos with my phone and sent them to her.

This photo was taken in the exact spot she was standing when she first saw the bridge. I did drive across the bridge for her. You never know what was under it if you didn't already know.

Some "rascal" guy around here with lamebrian remarks was annoyed by my usual flipping coin avatar.. So I found another one to hopefully annoy him even more!

Congrats Love the fossils and the bust half. The natural bridge is great. I’ve been there but in pre cell phone camera days. Need to go back sometime. And I agree about the snowman. I’ll have to do the same
