I believe there may be Doubling
On Date, Liberty, mint, and on God We Trust.
...Wexler Dimarks: Die gash runs horizontal on the field North of N in "IN"
And Reverse a Die Crack runs along the right wing of the Eagle.
    .... Hopefully .. CM200324-034302088.jpg CM200324-025328026.jpg CM200324-025328026.jpg CM200324-024659014.jpg CM200324-032952079.jpg CM200324-031809077.jpg CM200324-025504031.jpg CM200324-025508032.jpg

Mint marks are not doubled die.. they were hand punched onto the Obverse die in 1970.

What about the rest of the coin paddyman ? I don't think mint marks has anything to do with whether a coin is from a doubled die or not.

1989 was the last year of the hand-punched mint-marks on US coins (business strikes). I believe they stopped hand punching the mint marks on proofs in 1985.

A Coin photo is really hard to get it right for some people including me. I was never interested in photography . I have finally learned that the light has to be just right and the coins have to be tilted to the right position. Wexlers die markers is a sure bet to judge some doubled dies from. He has been great at getting good pics. for a long time .

I know I've notice that the light has alot to do with it thanks.
Sometimes they come out right befor I take the pic and then I can't get that same effect..
    And its frustrating...lol.
But I'll try to put better ones as soon as I have some spare time...

I'm an Electrician and work is starting to pick up so I have to take advantage.
But thank you to all u guys for ur time, to look and reply to my post.
