Unknown Roman (need help figuring out what it is?)

    I recently got a Roman coin in with a group of coppers and I have no clue what it is:

    REV: I can read an X and a N....Looks to be a III on the right. Standing right holding a spear.
    Ex: XXI
    RIC: Have no clue..lol...I will try to figure it out tommorrow for you if someone doesn't get to it.

    It's my first Roman and I got it in with a bunch of other coppers I wanted so as far as I was concerned, I got it free since my bid was based on the four I wanted and not this one. ;)
