Hello all. I want to start by saying that I do not own any Cuban coins.

Can post revolution Cuban coins be owned/exhibited without being confiscated?

That's a good question. But to get an accurate answer I would suggest you contact the Dept. of the Treasury as they have jurisdiction.

I can tell you this much, it is completely illegal for a US citizen to spend money, any amount, in Cuba. It is considered as giving aid to the enemy just like in times of war. So it may be possible that a US citizen owning post 1962 Cuban coins or currency would be considered illegal as well. But ASK ! Don't fool around with this as they take it quite seriously.
