Return of the half dime?

klahoma congressman Frank Lucas introduced new coin legislation Thursday that would replace the circulating Jefferson nickel with a smaller and lighter five-cent coin, once known as a half-dime.

Interesting.....May even have a chance of passing due to the production cost of the current nickel.

Frank is into coin collecting. he has introduced several bills to try to straighten out the mess with the 1933 gold and other "illegal" coins to own.
