    I think the question would be about the diagonal lines on the left side of the reverse of the coin.

    Edit: after looking more at the reverse I agree with the rest, feeder finger. The obverse has linear plating blisters.:facepalm:

    Is that a fingerprint on the right obverse field?
    Then it could be feeder finger, fingerprint.

    Yes, I forgot to address the obverse. Plating issues there.

    Personally, I ignored the feeder finger thing and went straight to see if it was a WAM.

    I've found 1 1999 before but it isn't as nice as your example.

    The struck feeder finger, I can appreciate, more than the nails which are struck
    which I don't believe are accidental.
