    I highlighted the B and R. This is about as good a pic I could get with my POS phone. It didn't look mechanical so I figured what the hell, you can't get the beer virus by looking at my pic.

    No also, looks like light MD. Machine doubling. 1982 quarters are also known for doubling in In God We Trust(IGWT) and the date due to master die doubling.
