Hey all, I always hate asking for help but I'm having an oddly difficult time with this one.

Obv: CONSTANTINOPOLIS. Emperor wearing crested helmet left, holding scepter.
Rev: aniepigraphic. Victry looking left with shield on right.
    Mintmark: (dot) SM--

I feel like this is a Constantius I or II, but I was unable to find this on Wildwinds.

It is neither. The Commemoratives do not have an emperor portrait but the personification of the city of Constantinople. They begun under Constantine and continued after his death. Your image is not clear after the SM that starts several mintmarks. My guess is Kyzikos. Mine (ex PeteB in 2000) is 2.4g so was while Constantine lived but the weight dropped shortly before he died so yours could be 1.5g or so.

    Thanks, Doug!

The mintmark is just too mushy to be sure. If I squint and hemhaw enough I think I can tease out a SMKS...
It weighs sort of like a US dime, so I guess maybe it's under Constantine? I'm sure I'll find some revelation at some point :)

Are you sure the 2nd letter is an M? To my tired, old eyes it looks like the mint mark might be SIRM, from Sirmium.
