Looks like a solid MS 65. I would probably go 66.

So cool, I have a similar coin and I photographed it this morning without seeing this thread. Actually.... that’s kinda freaky. I think mine is just D/D though.

My vote is 66 on yours.

    MS 65 ....PCI slab?

I'd put it in the 65-66 range

This coin in hand is unbelievable for >$35.paid
    I'll agree with most a 66 with a 67 grade I wouldn't not be a surprise....as I've seen worse in a 67.
It is definitely a 38 DDD
    A 38 DDD in MS 64 $ 45 ,MS 66 $105, MS 67 $450+
So should I bust it out and see....? Or leave it as numismatic history?

Oh 2 other points it does have a variety listed on the slab, and for the most part white with a slight tone....most buffalos in pci holders are very colorful.

Leave it in the holder and price accordingly. That was a sweetheart deal.

That is a later generation of PCI. You can tell by the font (particularly the curve of the "6"...see below (original is the bottom image while the new is the top image).

Now the next step is to see if it is a 10 digit (cert number on reverse) or a 14 digit.
The best of the PCI tend to be the green 10 digit slabs with the font like the bottom example. Next is the green 14 digit with font like the top example. The worst are green 10 digit slabs with a font similar to the top example (those were the most recent and tried to fool people into thinking they were the original ones; luckily they messed up the font and the reverse details).

The 6 is curved all the way, so it can't be the old type. Below is another example (new vs old).
It looks like you found one of the new green 10 digit slabs that was conservatively graded, which is very cool!

I only have photos of the labels, not the coins.
