Anyone recognize this envelope?

    This is the envelope for my Titus RIC plate coin RIC V695. I was wondering if anyone has any information on this. To me it looks like it may have been typed manually in the 60s or 70s but I am not sure.

    No, but I happen to have one of those at the moment, but not exactly - the COS III version...
