Well, it's not a radar note or a full repeater...so I don't think it would really carry much of a premium. Although, it is neat being that it is only a 2-digit serial number. I'd say it might be worth a couple dollars to the right collector, but I doubt any more than that, if it was CHCU maybe a bit more. But, assuming you got it in circulation...it is a neat find and definitely worth keeping for $1 IMHO.
I agree with RichieB16. The note does have the interesting serial number, but thats it. So maybe a small premium to a collector of fancy serials. But i dont see much past that.
