Anyone know who this is?

Found this in the till today. Anyone can ID the autograph? The back has some minor paper bits that would indicate that the bill was in an album at one point.

2nd and 4th letters don't look quite the same. Plus the heart probably means it's a woman.

 

Patsy Farva? The famous hot air baloonist?

 

Or put in by a man as a joke. Or male signature, to an adoring female fan.

 

Capt just may have a point here!!

There is a landscape artist named Patsy Taylor who may be the subject in question.

 

Can't find sites for either of those two.
