1985 D Dime DDR?

    Nope. That die should have been retired long before this coin was struck. 1985 is a terrible year for dimes.

    Oh good I have been looking for some of these. I have a couple that look like that also. I was looking for more to look at the progression of wear to the die. Also, to see how far the grease filled area reached. Here is two I have kept. I usually wouldn't keep stuff like this, but, it seemed intriguing.
