Is there an error in the 2003 Missouri State 25C like this? Noticed it on a slabbed coin. Extra waves to the right of the oar waves and another to the right of that Screenshot_20200311-190857.png Screenshot_20200311-190857.png

Show the entire coin and slab.

The waves your seeing is a "hit" from another reeded coin on the surface of this coin.

Reeded coin hit.. From another coin.
    Not a mint error

ie, if you had the coin in hand you could probably angle another quarter and roll it over that area and the edge would fit pretty well in to those "waves"

pretty much what I thought because the damage was so slight and uniform.Have the proof also with no damage. Do they run PF's off a conveyor into hoppers or are those taken a little better care of?

Yea these are from a batch of slabber coins I talked about last week. I still gave them a good looking over and there were no fingerprints and the inkjet looking labels are quaint. Great for give aways and such. I use them with my creedo at my Ebay store, but from me and get something free.
But I did see some peeps selling them on Ebay by covering the labels PCC Professional Certified Coins

PCC Professional Certified Coins with of course an MS69 grade. I posted that because it seemed like I had heard of an error on the Missouri's before called extra waves but alas @paddyman98 educated me on it like I was hoping he would
