Prices for these are all over the place. I've slabbed probably 300 of them over the last few years. I've had AUs sell for $15-$160. I just sold this one for $157.50:



$40 isn't out of line and this one seems to have a nice planchet and good centering. The coin is probably cleaned as many of them are. Keep in mind you can sometimes find these raw on eBay for very little.
