Never really paid attention to paper before unless it was of course that $2 bill or an old note that was obvious. However last week I think it was I found my first started on Monday my second one on Tuesday and third one on Wednesday. And today I get these notes and change and I noticed there were some repeated numbers and maybe just something interesting like the one 122-0345 I noticed it was one two three four five. Can anyone advise me as to whether they are worth hanging onto or no? And do either of them hold any value to speak of? As I know I will get some great responses and some very informative responses I want to thank everyone ahead of time
Unfortunately, interesting serial numbers are just that, interesting. I see zero premium above face value ($41.00). Condition is also less than ideal for modern notes. This website may give you an idea what collectors find valuable. http://www.coolserialnumbers.com/FancySerialNumbers.aspx
Here is a website that will tell you what Fancy Serial numbers are. These are better sought after - http://coolserialnumbers.com/FancySerialNumbers.aspx

All spenders! All 8 digits are required to be special in order to be a fancy number. Do a little research and you'll get the idea very quick.
