    How about an 1869 shield that has a thin 1869 laying under a fat 1869 and you can see parts of each underlaying number coming out from under the thicker number.the flag of the 1 under the 86 to the south and 9 to the south east .
    There are two varieties on the 69 shield nickel a tall thin date and a thick date 1869 RPD FS 1302 102716.jpg

    Well thank you Dave its good to be back. And just made a trade for an h 10 with a well known member here. I am so excited to add to my collection. No hints until in hand but this one is a biggie...Will post soon!
