Penny Hunting Finds... Anything Interesting?

    I've found a lot of wheat pennies, but has anybody found anything more interesting than a wheat penny or an Indian head penny?

    I myself, have found quite a few interesting things in my cent searches.

    A friend of mine got four totally blank rimmed planchets from a single penny roll.

    wow
    in one roll of pennies I got 5 wheat pennies,
    in only one roll of dimes I got a copper dime and a silver

    There's no such thing as a copper dime. Can you post photos?

    That is environmental toning. Nothing more.

    oh, ok
    If you see it in person, everything seems copper, but I assumed that it might have been perhaps in the ground.

    It was in the ground or something. It is not a copper dime.

    Definitely not a copper dime as @furryfrog02 stated. It's probably been in the ground but it's toned that color. Dimes have never been made of copper but they do contain a small copper core.
