Wait for more opinions, the obverse could be a partial un plated cent. The tone and luster look correct. The reverse is split plating from the strike and a common occurrence on Zlincolns.
It does appear to be missing some of the copper layer on the obverse, but I'll defer to @paddyman98 as he has shown us a number of examples he owns. The reverse that shows some zinc at the lettering and devices is split plating where the layer of copper split away from the edges, sometimes referred to as plating split-doubling. https://www.lincolncentforum.com/plating-split-doubling-split-line-doubling/
If the center part of the coin is super crisp/details then it may be something. I can't tell in this photo.
The photo is not sharp enough to tell. I am always suspect when it is just the center that is missing as many scbools, including mine, experiment with cents in chemistry.
From this last photo it appears (to me) as if the plating has been removed. But this is not the final answer.
