Look Like it just came out of the mint

    Wait for more opinions, the obverse could be a partial un plated cent. The tone and luster look correct.
    The reverse is split plating from the strike and a common occurrence on Zlincolns.

    If the center part of the coin is super crisp/details then it may be something.
    I can't tell in this photo.

    It could be a partial missing copper plating but I'm not totally sure.. I will defer to @JCro57 ;)

    The photo is not sharp enough to tell. I am always suspect when it is just the center that is missing as many scbools, including mine, experiment with cents in chemistry.

    From this last photo it appears (to me) as if the plating has been removed.
    But this is not the final answer.
