Thanks Silverfox....I'm going to mosey on over to eBayersthatsuck.com, right now. I'm dead, solid CERTAIN that there comes a point in the law where a business owner DOES become liable for the actions of its patrons. (So to speak.) If there's a clear pattern of fraud and abuse being ENABLED "on-premise," and the owner is made aware of this matter--and this notification process regarding this fraud and abuse is documented on scores of occasions as was the case with our Savannah scumsuckers' actions--then the business becomes liable for the fraud because they're enabling it. [Does the brothel owner get arrested when the employees get arrested? What about the "host laws" popping up around the country with regard to serving drunk drivers?] Nailing eBay is a no-brainer in this instance....UNLESS, they really were cooperating with authorities for a much longer period of time than the public realizes...it'll be interesting to see how this all plays out...and I'm talkin' CRIMINAL as well as civil action here, folks! Bottom line on any civil matter is this becomes a simple, quick, out-of-court option for eBay. (Criminal complaints are another matter altogether.) We're talking a massive negative affect upon the eBay brand if this sees the light of day in the media.

I heard on another forum that pjd1966 posted a rant on CoinTalk, but I do not see it anywhere. Is this true?

rbm86, Looks like we're following each other from forum to forum. the thread on which pjd1966 posted the rant was accidentally deleted from the forum later the same day. Fortunately, several people had made screen/web shots of the page.

Well, well, well. Hello there, Pamela. I hope you're enjoying your new retirement. Anything we can do to help you further your life's ambitions? Perhaps your mother would be interested in what you used to do for a living; I'm sure she would be proud.

BTW, have you ever considered taking some coursework in grammar, spelling, and typing? Now that you have a lot of spare time on your hands, perhaps you could better yourself and your elocution, articulation, and erudition, all of which seem to require improvement. Education is a wonderful thing, Pam.

I think she is BACK. I sell on EBAY and someone emailed me chewing me out about some sort of fake coins they purchased on EBAY. I have NEVER sold coins. This person hunted me down and thought I was this pjd1966 person. I started doing research because I did not want people to think I was her. On March 3, 2005 a new EBAY person started. They are 'estatedoctor'. I may be totally mistaken, but I seem to smell a rat. You may want to watch them. No coins yet, but they state they have collected coins for 20 years and will start selling them.

NO problem if you watch yourself and take care of business!!

She is going to screw the WRONG person sooner or later, THEN she will get a valuable lesson of life!!

She is just a thief, There are people out there that have a cure for them and it IS NOT jail!!

I believe her new name is estatedoctor, but I see no coins listed YET.
    Can someone check this out.

I was correct!! EBAY has removed estatedoctor. NARUed last night. All of her completed auctions went extremely high. There seemed to be a user named lalberti with zero feedback who joined on Feb. 27, 2005 running the bids up. She is a piece of work. Thanks to the person who reported her to EBAY.

I looked up estatedoctor and they were not NARUed. It seems like business as usual. Although I did not see any coins maybe it is a different person.

Uh Oh! This estatedoctor is Pamela Donnely for sure. If you look at who she buys her bubblewrap from its the same person she bought from before.
The stuff listed is the same old junk: Toys, glassware, replica spyglasses, fake silver Chinese statues. She is definitely back and ripping!

Further information on Pjd1966: I reported this estatedoctor as Pamela Donnely who it is for sure. She has allready sold her old fake spyglasses and the other junk reproductions that she buys online. She is listed in where else? Savannah, Georgia hometown of the ripoff artist. If eBay does not do anything this time maybe some other members of this forum should report her too.
