Hi folks! First post here so thanks for letting me join. I have been collecting for a little while now and have many coins with authentication, however when I started out I picked up this Nero Coin thinking it was the real deal, however I've always had my doubts, it certainly feels the correct weight, however the patina is so dark green it seems strange to me, it has no obvious markings of a fake compared to my replicas I own, no seems, so I was wondering if it was a contemporary fake? Or something else?
Welcome to CT. Post in the ancient forum as those guys will know. Also, place the coin on a flat surface with a white background. Take a photo of both sides and crop out all of the white as possible.
