Is this worth anything

    Picked this up at the coin shop today along with a 2008 ASE, al for $21.
    I liked the counterstamp, but IDK if it is worth anything or not
    aslo, if anyone can tel me anything about the counterstanp or ID this coin, please help:

    It's a pretty cool masonic item and worth something just for that. I can't tell what sort of coin it is from the photo.
