2013 D “Stoneface” Dime

    I ran across another oddball dime in my daily change today. Looks like his face is made (texture) of stone. Also the part of the neck right behind the ear looks like some of the coin material is missing, as it has a contour to it. Not sure what to make of it. Any ideas?
