Indian Cent 1862 Cool Civil war era cent

    One of my favorite Indian Cents. I like the Longacre's Doubling on some parts of the letters. Not valuable or rare but interesting. Some times its dramatic. reva.JPG revv.JPG revab.JPG

    Awesome details , there are diamonds visible on the ribbon. I bet that coin was UNC before it was dropped. Great example and pretty nice for a ground recovery coin.

    They are both beautiful. Antique art in fabulous condition. I know nothing about grading but I know what I like. Good for you. I have found four Indian Head cents with my detector in Catskill Mts. of New York. Only one I consider to be in nice shape. That civil war cent must be graded very high. Looks mint to me.
