Based on the pics you provided it appears to be a circulated business strike coin, it appears to have DDD ( die deterioration doubling) but that maybe from the blur on the pictures. Jmo

You need to be more specific about what you think may make the coin valuable, do yo see an error or feel it is very high grade?

Oh I think it's going to have value a bunch but who knows I'm new at this and I don't know a lot

But what about it do you think will make it valuable? There were over 6 billion 1990 cents minted in Philadelphia, what makes this one different?

Well from the video I watched it says they're San Francisco mint not Philadelphia mint in that condition they're worth a lot of money I don't know I'm new at this so I'm asking

OK, finally! No yours is not the valuable one. There were a few proof cents minted in San Francisco accidentally without the S mint mark. There were 6.8 billion normal circulation cents minted in Philadelphia, these do not have a mint mark. Yours is a normal Philadelphia minted circulation strike cent. The proof coins were specially made for collectors and only sold in proof sets. These can be readily identified and yours is not one.

I was hoping because they said about 200 of them got out before they caught it

Any that did get out were sold only in proof sets, they were not released into circulation.

Sorry I missed it before, but welcome to the forum. Normal modern coins usually don't have much value unless very high grade, but post some pictures here for opinions.

So are you looking to start collecting coins for enjoyment, David, or are you hoping to strike it rich quick?

Well if you have some nice coins you can always start an album. I love error coins but they're really hard to find. I run across a lot of really nice looking pennies while I'm looking for them and I save them for my album.

Yeah that's what I'm going to do from left to right the 1960 62 63 67 73 89 and in the bottom left to right to 79 83 84 86 87 88 90 if I get into it for the money I'm just going to start buying boxes of half dollars and dollars
