Not new coins but I decided to take photos of them and take out the background so I can upload to Zeno and Numista if need be. How do you guys remove backgrounds? I found a website that does it for free but only up to 500x500 pixels so it's pretty limiting for anything I'd want high-def. Here are some I've made with them though. Circa 216-206 BCE Greek city-state of Katane Present-day Catania, Sicily AE Chalkous Obv: Busts of Serapis and Isis Rev: KATANAION to left, Apollo standing left with column to the right, holding a branch and bow Added this one to Numista but still waiting approval Indo-Scythians Azes II Circa 35 BCE - 5 CE AE Quarter Unit; 2.27g - 16mm Obv: "BAΣIΛEΩΣ BAΣIΛEΩN MEΓAΛOY AZOY", humped bull with monogram above Rev: Lion standing right with Kharoshthi script around Ref.: Senior 102.113b (?) Picked both of these up from the same seller. Im not a big fan of india coins but the strike and appeal on these made me want them.
Those look so nice uncirculated...and so crappy after circulation. I notice they don't mention anything about containing silver in the coin legends.
Interesting, I didn't realize it didn't mention LEY .100. I guess it's too embarrassing to mark your coins as having so little silver
Hey that bad boy is mine! It had so much wear I decided to pull it aside to add to my favorites collection.
I apologize for not giving you credit for the stolen image. And that is one WORN coin. Definitely great for those Poor-Hunter collections
