Found these pennies in one bank roll yesterday. New to coin collecting all appear to almost perfect with very minor flaws.

Sorry, I should address your question...getting coins graded is done to enhance the value and can be an expensive proposition. Usually the cutoff for having coins graded is having a value of $150 or more. So for these, no.
Welcome to Coin Talk. I wouldn't waste my money by sending them in, but since it's your money, it's your decision. They would have to grade at least MS 68 and even then you may still lose money.
He's not losing money if they grade MS68, and some of those would even be profitable in MS67, specifically the 1981. This isn't my series so I don't know whether the 82s are small date or large dates. The 84 appears to have counting wheel damage. There is a big spot on the 1983. I would want to see larger, clearer photos of the 1981 & both 1982s before completely writing off having any of these coins graded.
