Ok this one is slightly off center on the obverse but the reverse has some anomalies. I refuse to stick my foot in my mouth anymore can I get some educated answers?
It looks like a misaligned die strike to me. The obverse is off a little more than the reverse. Let's hear what others say.
That is a very nice dime, Looks nice enough to grade Meow thinks. So few scratches or contact marks. Is it out of a mint set?

Meow has Catsonally not sent in items to TPGs before. They are worth few hundred if they grade FB. If not, its not worth the fee.
