1970 s Small Date?

    This was in my change from lunch today.
    The 0 has taken a slight hit but the 9 is pointed east and LIBERTY as well as IGWT is weak. Small Date?

    After the Chicken Sammich settled a little, I'm inclined to agree. Still better than I thought though because when I first looked at it with these tired eyes, I thought it was a '79.
