Are these error pennies very cool looking

    Doesnt looked scratched or rubbed very smooth and thin weight is 2.2

    Welcome to coin talk! That is PMD (Post mint damage). It looks like somebody took an electric sander to it.

    The newer cents have a zinc (silver/grey) core with a copper coating. When something wears through that copper coating you see the zinc core. As @Bluntflame said above, it was sanded smooth so the higher points of the cent now present as grey.

    Welcome to CT @Jmann3030. Bored youngsters often do strange things to coins and it appears your cent was rubbed against a rough surface and then turned over and repeated. Why? Anyones guess but guaranteed NOT an error, just PMD, Post Mint Damage, happened after it left the mint.
