More what is it than what is it worth....

    I got this in a bag of old coins about 40 years ago,have no idea what it is. Does anyone else?

    hmm...not my area of expertise but the coin looks to be from the medievil period. Maybe Armenian? I'm sure one of our members with knowledge of foreign and ancient coins will be able to tell you exactly what it is you have.

    This appears to be a copper copy of a late 15th century coin of Spain.

    correct, it is a copy of a Spanish Real of Fernand & Isabel I. 1476-1515. Obv: Crowned arms Rev: Bundle of arrows and bow with arabesque...cant tell what mint it is supposed to be but it doesnt matter as it is a poor fake.

    Thanks for the info guys, it maybe a copy[lettering is different] but it definitely not copper..a little larger than a quarter but thinner. thanks again
