It looks like an AU 50 coin. So $12 to $12.50 seems fair to me although it might be cleaned.

I like Polish coins too but own only a few common ones.
I'll buy a few lower grade Polish silvers sometime soon.

You can find those 5 Zlotych, and a few better examples on Vcoins too.

 

It looks like it's polished, anyway, if that should mean anything to you (...that's, e.g., "pAHlished"). I've got some Polish (...that's, e.g., "POHlish") coins, myself...WWII era, aluminum, some silver...and, I think this is a nice one, and at a nice price, regardless. FWIW...I'm no expert.
