Hey all, I have a small collection of luxury tax tokens that have been passed down a couple of generations, and was just wondering if anyone could tell me more than just that they were from around the WWII time period...that's all I've heard about them. They're scans, so I know it's not the best of pictures, but there's not too much detail anyway = )
The only thing I know about these tokens is that there are alot in my dealers 25-50c bin. Hope someone who knows says they are worth alot, I'll buy them all.
I've got quite of few of these....they aren't worth alot, but there are some varieties that are $$$. cwtokenman would be the one to ask as he would know what ones are worth some and what ones aren't. Speedy
My father was a travelling salesman during the 1930's and kept a whole bunch of these tax tokens in a jar. I still have them.
