What is the terminalogy meant by "Chin Stubble" on the Jefferson 1956 Nickel ?

Never heard of that term before. Where have you heard or seen it?

I've never heard of it either. It sounds like either some minor variety or some defect (maybe orange-peel effect from a late die state.)

Ummmm ? I saw it on a bid board. The Jefferson was noted as "Chin Stubble", But on close inspection I couldn't see any odd characteristics on the coin, especially on the beard.

There is some guy on ebay dreaming up all sorts of names for errors that are not errors. Suspect that is it where it came from.
