192 cent

    Found this the other day. I'm sure its post mint but thought I'd post it just incase. theres a circular line the partialy runs through the chest and behind the 2. In a long angle light I can sort of make out a 4. the rev is normal.

    Is it thinner on the rim in that area? Weak strike on the second 2 on your 1922 no d no 2? :whistle:

    I just now saw that in my red book :eek:

    slightly thiner :eek: not much though 19 look fine 2 looks a lil worn and I cant tell really what that last number is, it might be a 4 or a 2 :D

    but that line makes me suspicious :(

    had to break out my magnafier. I'll try and get a better scan and one of the rev

    with the scratch thru the bust and under the date I'd guess post mint, unless you can get a close up of the date.

    thanks guys. I have some free time today so I will head over to the coins shop and have them peak at it, but I wont expext much out of it. and I'll post what they say :)

    Is that the mark you get from the way they roll the coins?

    I dont think so, not sure though. I think it either someone had fun with it, or it got beat up somewhere down the road
