I do mine in Photoshop. It's a cinch. What I like about DIY labels is that you can design it your own way. In your case, maybe you could design something sentimental or in memoriam. If you don't know Photoshop, I can prepare something based on your ideas, then import it to MS Word, and then send it in a Word file which you can easily open. Just one click and then print. Here are some of mine which I had loads of fun doing.

I recommend using the white holders because if you change your mind about the label, you can always open and re-insert a new one. The lighthouse slabs are very difficult (but not impossible) to open, although they are of very good quality.

Wow! You def have more talent for this than I could ever dream up! I def don't have Photoshop. However, I have lots of raw coins sitting here that I'd like to put in holders rather than having them graded - I'll have to re-think for the future for sure. I'll have to dwell on a label idea; a couple of tumblers of bourbon will surely help! I have used Everslabs but not Lighthouse. I sincerely appreciate the offer for sure. Thanks!

Everslabs and Lighthouse are the same, I think. Former is the brand and latter the manufacturer (Leuchturm).

Thanks! I enjoy making the labels. I only wish my knowledge of numismatics is one-tenth as good as my knowledge of Photoshop! LOL.

I think that just comes with experience. I'm making progress; trying to settle into just a few specific coins - its so hard to do. I just enjoy them all! I will def get back to you with some label ideas. Thanks Jeff. Sent you a PM - we can communicate there, if you want.
