PCGS pricing

I want to get coins slabbed at PCGS (modern commemoratives, silver eagles) what is the cost per coin to do this. Is the 14 dollar price all I require? PCGS fee list : MODERN (1965 to date) $14 20 - 30 days † coin price up to $300

I believe you must have a membership to PCGS to submit coins. The charge is after the membership fee. I believe you can send them via a coin dealer with a PCGS membership.
