    So I found this coin in a box of old family stuff and was wondering what its worth. Is looks like its in pretty bad shape... Just looking for any input anyone may have to offer. Thanks.

    I agree. It is a crude cast counterfeit. It is still an interesting piece and I would hang on to it if I were you.

    you can tell it's cast, specifically, because of it's 'bubbly' surface where it should be smooth.
